Modifications by GawaTech: select 512 class=CX neurons by weighted degree within CX, retain their induced directed subgraph, aggregate synapse counts across neuropils, omit other neurons and edges. Root IDs, counts, and neurotransmitter predictions remain attributable to the source. Selection is for computational tractability, not a validated biological functional unit. See circuit.json for source file hashes and scripts/build-fly-tetris-circuit.py for reproducible extraction.

The application adds an artificial input mapping, normalized signed rate dynamics and an evolvable action readout. Neither these dynamics nor the Tetris interface are measurements of the animal. This is a noncommercial educational experiment, not a whole-brain emulation or a biological learning claim. The upstream data license is independent of the application source code license.

Anatomy visualization: anatomy.json uses the first registered representative coordinate per root_id from coordinates.csv.gz, retains positions for the selected 512 neurons, and samples 6,000 sorted root IDs evenly for brain context. Points are centered and uniformly scaled. These are representative positions, not reconstructed neuronal shapes or verified soma locations. The original coordinate-table hash and coordinate transform are recorded in anatomy.json.
