運営者とノート
GawaTechが提供するOrchardを対象とします。タイトル、原文、要点、分類は端末内に保存します。AI生成はAppleのオンデバイスモデルを使用し、原文を外部の生成AIサービスへ送信する処理はありません。アプリ内アカウントや広告はありません。
録音と文字起こし
録音を開始するときにマイク権限を求めます。録音・取り込んだ音声は一時保存し、Appleの端末内音声認識を使います。音声画面を通常の操作で閉じると一時音声を削除します。確認して追加した文字だけがノートに保存されます。初回のモデル取得にはAppleへの通信が必要な場合があります。
購入管理
購入対応版ではAppleが支払いを処理し、RevenueCatが購入履歴と匿名のアプリ利用者IDを使って追加機能の確認・復元を行います。カード番号を運営者が取得することはありません。購入確認のためにノートや音声は送信しません。通信時にはIPアドレスなどの接続情報がサービス側へ伝わります。
共有・保存・削除
共有には原文も含まれ、書き出すバックアップは暗号化されていません。保存先と相手を確認してください。アプリによる自動クラウド同期はありませんが、OSや書き出し先のサービスのバックアップ設定は別途適用されます。ノートの削除は共有済みのコピーや購入サービス側の記録を削除しません。

This policy covers Orchard, operated by GawaTech. Titles, source text, essentials and collections stay on your device. Generation uses Apple's on-device model; the app does not send source text to an external generative AI service. There is no app account or advertising.
Microphone permission is requested when recording starts. Recorded or imported audio is temporarily stored for Apple's on-device recognition and removed when the audio sheet is normally closed. Only reviewed text you append becomes part of a note. Initial model downloads may connect to Apple.
In purchase-enabled releases, Apple processes payments and RevenueCat uses purchase history and an anonymous app user ID to verify and restore access. GawaTech does not receive card numbers. Notes and audio are not sent for purchase verification. Network requests expose connection information such as IP addresses to the service.
Sharing includes the source; exported backups are not encrypted. Choose destinations and recipients carefully. The app has no automatic cloud sync, but OS or destination-service backup settings may apply. Deleting a note does not remove shared copies or purchase-service records.
Apple and RevenueCat govern their service-side processing and retention under their policies (apple.com/legal/privacy and revenuecat.com/privacy). Support email addresses and submitted information are used to respond. Contact us below about your data. Changes are published on this page.
